Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales processes, analyze sales trends, and contribute to the achievement of sales quotas and targets. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing and maintaining sales reports, presenting data interpretations, and evaluating the work performance of sales representatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Customer Experience Ops for a smooth data transition
  • Stay in sync with the finance department and integrate, analyze, and evaluate sales performance based on predetermined metrics
  • Provide ad hoc analyses to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress and syndicated data updates
  • Assist in territory and quota administration, basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required
  • Actively contribute to enhancing data quality and finding improvements in data-related processes

Experience and Competencies

  • Extreme attention to detail with a thorough understanding of cause and effect
  • Strong presentation skills using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines consistently
  • Critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Fluency with Mircosoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and data visualization
  • Comfortable learning new technology and able to adapt well to new applications
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and trust
  • Fluency in English, while German is an advantage
