Security & compliance in accordance with global standards

Customers of SER who use Doxis Cloud Services can be safe in the knowledge that SER takes all steps necessary to protect their information and processes in the cloud. In 2020, SER had already comprehensively documented the controls in effect on a specified date for safeguarding the security and availability of Doxis Cloud Services, resulting in successful SOC 2 Type 1 certification through CyberGuard Compliance LLP.

Proven security — SOC 2 Type 2

The next step was to achieve SOC 2 Type 2 certification, for which SER was required to undergo a full audit of its controls: the Doxis Cloud Services passed the real-world test with flying colors and zero deviations. This Type 2 certification is assurance that SER’s controls are suitably designed and implemented, and that the company consistently and verifiably complies with the relevant guidelines and processes.
