SER’s eGovernment solution was a big success at Zaaksystemen in Beeld LIVE
Yesterday, we have presented our eGovernment solution to more than 400 IT and content management specialists from the Dutch public sector at Zaaksystemen in Beeld LIVE 2017. Mainly, the event revolved around Zaaksystemen (case management), but our Doxis4 solution can support public authorities with a lot more: Archiving, content management and workflows are the main strengths, but special solution packages for cross-departmental tasks, e.g. for project filing, personnel filing, contract filing, invoice and inbound mail processing, etc. make a difference when running on the same platform as the dedicated eGovernment solution. Our solution is not only NEN 2082 certified, but also adheres to ISO 16175. Moreover, our solution is flexible, scalable and robust – things that are of high importance in the public sector. It seamlessly integrated with agency-specific applications to create a holistic approach.
At the event, we have demonstrated the power of Doxis4 together with our partner Informed Consulting. In multiple sessions across the day we had many inspiring and promising conversations with representatives from public authorities. The interest in our solution, which supports more challenges than the regular case management solutions for the public sector, was enormous and we look forward to continuing the dialogue with the attendees in the very near future.
SER’s eGovernment Solution – More Than Just Case Management
Agency-specific tasks such as processing files, managing cases and joint signatures, selecting a file for archiving, etc., can easily be automated. There are many options available, for example, pre-defined file plans, standard integration with email and Office systems in addition to scanning and archiving in accordance with laws and regulations.
Integrated Case Processing
Our eAdministration solution provides the workflow and BPM components of Doxis4, which support the following types of process management:
- Predefined procedures, e.g. processes in standard areas such as communication and services with citizens (e.g. registry office, tax matters) or for invoice management
- Varying procedures that do not follow predefined steps and evolve during processing, such as responding to parliamentary queries
- Mixed forms: Predefined processes that can be modified or extended over time
