Part of the KALO group of companies, ikw manages and bills utilities contracts on behalf of energy providers. Cooperation with a specific key account and the customer's in-house departments made it necessary for ikw to have a cross-location process in place and access to documents to ensure that information would be available at the different locations at all times. To assist electronic processing and workflow management, ikw opted for the newly developed Doxis4 Task & Process Management system, which was launched in March 2015. The accounts receivable eRecords and the Doxis4 content repository ensure that documents are retained permanently and given a proper structure. For customer correspondence, processors can then access the stored document templates, helping them to work faster and ensuring a consistent level of quality.
