

When it decided to adopt a uniform, company-wide information management system based on the Doxis4 iECM Suite from SER at the end of 2011, Eissmann Group Automotive went far beyond its legal obligations to retain documents inhouse. The focus of the Eissmann ECM strategy was and is on designing integrated processes which can be traced and controlled transparently at any time and for any department. An important step in implementing this strategy was the automation of inbound invoice processing.
