SER Group, a leading, global vendor of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions, is looking for a Sales Associate for our UK territory to support our sales team to win new logos and continue our success story.

Your responsibilities

This is a new business sales role, working with your assigned mentor:

 

  • You will identify new customers, generate interest in our solutions helping support their digital transformation journey.
  • With your outstanding expertise, you will communicate SER's range of services and develop individually tailored solutions together with our customers
  • Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will execute and follow up on targeted campaigns to generate leads.
  • You will be responsible for building long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
  • You will confidently represent the SER brand and inspire people to rely on our products and solutions to achieve their business goals.

Your Profile

  • You have several years of experience in a sales role and want to take your career to the next level.
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales - experience with ECM software is a clear advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You are confident in discussing the best solution with the C-level and other key stakeholders.
  • You understand the importance of clear communication when selling cloud-based solutions and are able to find the right words.
  • You are a proactive, solution-oriented team player who enjoys working with colleagues from different departments and regions.
  • You are willing to travel around your local office and throughout the UK.
