• Brand identity design: Create visually engaging graphics and layouts that align with existing brand guidelines and project specifications
• Brand identity development: Through the iteration of the fast-paced, varied workload, actively steer the development of SER’s brand, guidelines and templates
• Marketing collateral design: Conceptualize and develop intuitive, effective and - when justified - innovative designs for digital collateral, incl. PDF brochures, case studies, social media visuals, PPT slides, email banners and digital ad formats
• Physical event design: Harness the scale and 3D opportunity of event stands, venues and activations such as coffee bars or physical mascots to create eye-catching, memorable moments that imprint the brand in the target audiences’ minds and increase the ROI of such investments
• Website design: Design website elements and simple infographics to populate the company’s most valuable shop window with helpful, persuasive experiences

• Storyteller: You're able to disseminate complex products, pain points and benefits and craft them into easily digestible, brilliant visual narratives, fit for purpose and aligned with our brand
• Expertise: You are an expert in Figma, Adobe and other useful design tools required to execute design projects efficiently. You also have experience in collaborating with external video creators and in creating basic animations with tools.
• Restlessly creative and curious: You are full of creativity and love to experiment with the latest/up-and-coming visual and graphical techniques, including AI. You’re always on top of design trends and best practices to maintain high-quality standards and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
• Relationship builder: You proactively communicate and collaborate with the Marketing team, presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and making revisions as necessary – all to achieve our common goals
• Eagle-eyed: You’ve got a sharp eye for details - you care that things go out just right
• Chops: You’ve got a university degree or training (e.g. in Graphics Design, etc.) and at least 3-4 years of professional experience in a marketing design role
• English-speaking: You are comfortable working in a primarily English-speaking team. German and French skills are extremely helpful.
