Director of Product Management

full-time

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution around business applications, as we evolve from a platform-driven company toward a more application-led business model.

You will oversee a team of experienced Product Managers and will play a pivotal role in defining our vision, messaging, and go-to-market approach for applications built on top of our core platform, Doxis ICA.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in application product management, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset for driving growth through business applications. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, cross-functional influence, and hands-on product leadership.

London

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Define and execute the product strategy to transition the organization toward an application-led model, focusing on business applications that extend the company’s platform.
  • Drive alignment across product, sales, marketing, professional services, and engineering to ensure successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies and customer adoption.
  • Partner with Professional Services to capture learnings from customer implementations, identify repeatable patterns, and translate them into scalable product offerings—ensuring we build once and reuse, rather than reinvent, solutions.
  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with business audiences and differentiates our applications in the market.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, customer feedback, and business value.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to enable field teams with the right tools, stories, and positioning.
  • Champion storytelling and presentation excellence, effectively communicating product vision and business impact internally and externally.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pendo) to inform product decisions and track adoption.
  • Define pricing and packaging strategies for application offerings in collaboration with GTM and finance teams.
  • Ensure strong integration with platform capabilities, while maintaining a clear focus on application-level differentiation and customer value.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing other PMs.
  • Proven track record building and scaling business applications (experience with LOB apps, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Demonstrated success developing GTM strategies and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to inspire, educate, and influence both executives and customers.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset, with familiarity using tools like Salesforce or Pendo for insights.
  • Experience with the SAP ecosystem. Oracle, or Workday ecosystems is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of product positioning, pricing, and strategy.
  • Excellent ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage complex initiatives.
  • Experience transforming or scaling a product organization is highly desirable.

Personal Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
  • Passionate about business applications and customer impact.
  • Strong communicator who can translate product vision into actionable plans.
  • Inspirational leader who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.

Success in This Role
Success will be defined by the organization’s shift from platform-driven to application-led, demonstrated by:

  • Launch of successful, market-relevant business applications.
  • Clear product messaging and positioning that resonates with customers.
  • Increased application adoption and sales growth.
  • A high-performing, empowered product team.
  • Closer alignment with Professional Services, leading to greater reuse of existing implementation patterns and reduction in custom, one-off development work.
