As our Financial Controller you’ll be at the heart of our Controlling / FP&A function, you will help shape our internal controlling from the ground up - with a strong focus on cost center controlling, data transparency and scalable reporting processes that support our growth and operational decisions. You’ll be building reporting structure, driving clarity, and acting as the go-to partner for budget owners across the business.

Your responsibilities
- Controlling & Cost Center Management: Design, implement and refine our internal controlling framework, including cost center structures, reporting logics, and financial transparency for functional heads
- Performance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actuals across regional entities & functions
- Reporting: Contribute to monthly closing processes & support with the monthly Management Reporting
- Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted sparring partner for business leaders. Help teams understand their numbers & allocated budgets
- Special Projects: Support ad-hoc financial analysis, Post Merger Integration work streams and group- wide initiatives scaling our finance function
Your Profile
- 2+ years in Controlling, FP&A, Transaction Services or similar, ideally in software environment
- Solid understanding of cost‑center accounting
- Strong analytical skills; with advanced Excel and good knowledge of Power BI
- Hands-on with high standards for data accuracy and reconciliation
- Business fluent in English. German optional
