How can HR managers ensure that sensitive personal data is handled in compliance with data protection laws? Doxis HR management helps the HR team to stay on top of this challenge with smart retention rule and security settings. We show how GDPR-compliant deletion can be already integrated into a rule and how the deletion takes place (manually or automatically). In a later step, conflict resolution and the adaption of retention rules directly from the document are demonstrated.
