Partner Technical Account Manager

We are growing and are looking for a fast-paced, proactive and goal-oriented teammate to join us in the strategically important role of Partner Technical Account Manager.
In this highly visible and impactful role, you will be responsible for the growth, enablement, and delivery success of our global partner network. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide both technical and operational guidance to partners—empowering them to successfully position, deliver, and support ECM solutions for our joint customers.
You will work closely with internal teams across Professional Services, Alliances, Sales and Operations to ensure partner capabilities are aligned with our delivery standards, project demands, and long-term business goals. This role is key in building strong, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving customer success at scale.

Key responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Development
- Lead the technical onboarding journey for new partners, including Academy guidance, skills validation, and ongoing mentoring.
- Design and drive partner enablement frameworks to ensure continuous capability growth and skill mapping aligned to delivery needs.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for partners, advising on best practices, solution design, implementation approaches, and product functionality.
Project Readiness & Operational Alignment
- Work with internal PS and Operations teams to align partner capacity with project pipeline and forecasted delivery needs.
- Maintain a clear overview of partner skills, certifications, availability, and utilization to support project planning and staffing.
- Identify gaps in partner capabilities and collaborate on targeted development plans.
Sales & Delivery Support
- Support partners in creating service proposals, estimating effort, and defining scopes aligned with our delivery methodology.
- Assist internal Sales and Alliance Managers by providing partner insights, capacity recommendations, and delivery readiness evaluations.
Performance Management & Quality Assurance
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance through structured KPIs (e.g., time-to-start, certification progress, customer satisfaction).
- Conduct regular partner reviews and feedback sessions to drive accountability and continuous improvemen.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between partners and internal teams, promoting best practices and consistency in project execution.
Skills and competencies
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification or experience.
- Several years of experience in partner management, professional services delivery, or technical enablement — ideally within the enterprise software or ECM environment.
- Technical understanding of software implementation projects, with hands-on experience in guiding or executing solution designs.
- Proven ability to manage external stakeholders, provide technical mentorship, and coordinate across cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead through trust and expertise.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English, German a plus but not required
