In her work, she is passionate about the importance of further training, coaching and employee development as means of boosting identification with the company. “My goal is not only to align the interests and passions of our employees with our corporate strategy, but also to develop individual relationships based on mutual respect to further develop a culture of trust. My team and I see ourselves as trusted contacts for all employees and as a link to management,” explains Janine Trinkaus.
