The SER Summit theme “Digitize. Understand. Automate.” resonated well with the visitors of the first-ever SER Summit 2022, which took place at the Infinity Hotel & Conference Resort near Munich, Germany from April 25-26, 2022.

SER CEO Dr. John Bates kicked off the event with his opening keynote about AI and content understanding as the biggest innovation drivers of document and process management. “A new approach is needed,” said Bates, “AI can help companies to break down information silos and create a 360-degree understanding of information.”

Intelligent content automation was the common thread of the SER Summit: e.g. how it impacts classic ECM use cases, how AI enhances content understanding, the strategies needed to create end-to-end digital processes in a best-of-breed ecosystem, and the solutions that deliver the biggest value for teams in HR, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Legal and IT. SER experts gave visitors a first-hand look at how these new approaches and strategies for Doxis Intelligent Content Automation build the product roadmap.

The diverse summit program included many highlights:
