Doxis grows with the company and supports GROHE's international Network.

GROHE has been a customer of SER since 1999. The international company wanted to work with an ECM solution that offers a deep SAP integration. This prerequisite, in addition to digital document management and inbound invoice processing, persuaded GROHE to go with SER. Today, inbound and outbound SAP documents from around the globe are filed in Doxis and managed with electronic records. Working directly out of SAP and the Doxis Windows client, employees can search for and immediately find documents, and then process them quickly — a service advantage from which GROHE customers benefit.

By switching to the latest product generation Doxis in 2015, Grohe was able to fulfill its objective of always having a modern software solution to offer the highest level of quality. SER's cross-country and cross-language ECM software forms the foundation for company-wide collaboration among 120 locations around the globe. Its high availability, independent of time zones, is another crucial prerequisite for direct information sharing at GROHE. Even during the upgrade to the latest Doxis generation, all documents and data were available. The transfer of legacy data took place during operation, so GROHE's employees had constant access to the document pool during the migration Phase.

Based on Doxis Records Management, Grohe created electronic personnel and supplier records to supplement its existing solutions. Doxis interfaces to third-party applications are very useful here, as compliance is key when it comes to personnel records. Not only do authorized personnel need quick and frequent access to these records, but their access must also comply with security guidelines stipulated by the workers' council. The SAP integration makes it possible to transfer the special access permissions of the HR team which are saved in SAP to the personnel records in Doxis. Another advantage of the universal interfaces of Doxis is evident in supplier management: Thanks to the integration of the supplier portal "pool4tool", GROHE can directly integrate documents and data into its electronic supplier records. All supplier information is accessible in one click. Equipped with this technology, GROHE is able to fulfill its promises to customers and keep offering, as its slogan says, "pure Freude an Wasser" (pure joy with water).
