International Partner Training Bonn

| Patrik Wass

Last week another fruitful international partner training was held at one of our training facilities in Bonn. Our partners from Hungary, Turkey, Spain, and Portugal had the opportunity to gain insights on and learn about the latest developments at SER and our Doxis iECM suite. The training mainly focused on the common needs of the partners and provide them with a better understanding of how the Doxis iECM suite can support them in providing efficient ECM and BPM solutions to their customers. Together we discussed what common goals we can achieve and review the topics that benefit each partner to the maximum. Discussions between partners were also held in this training finding common grounds on developing their individual ECM strategies in their respected regions.

The SSI academy training is divided into two sections, which allow the partners and customers to choose the best options applicable. These sections are subdivided according to the to different specifications of Doxis and its functionality. The training covered sales and technical topics that will allow our partners and customers to better understand and effectively implement the solution on-site.

As a basis, the functional overview session provides an overview and detailed demo of the functions of Doxis, the winCube/webCube work environment, solution packages revolving around e-records, inbound communication, MS Office integration, and our vast variety of integrations. The technical overview is a more advanced training designed specifically for consultants, professional services, and PreSales teams. It comprises an in-depth understanding of the Doxis backend (CSB, storage server) and the handling of clients (winCube, cubeDesigner, Admin Client) including customizing, development, and administration.
