SER trains new customer Plasser

| Anhar Kittler

Just before the end of 2018, we held a comprehensive training with our new customer Plasser India in Faridabad by New Delhi, where 27 attendees, including heads of department, key users and project managers, took part.

During the four days of training, the participants received a full update and an insightful demo of the latest version of our Doxis iECM suite. The main topics were document and process management, archiving, collaboration and data exchange especially using Doxis iRoom, which will enable Plasser India to directly and securely exchange content internally, with the Austrian entity and with external partners.

After finishing the workshop, the SER team was invited to a tour of the offices and production site of the manufacturing of the machines.

Plasser India is an independent entity of Plasser & Theurer Austria, the only manufacturer in the world that offers a complete range of machines for the laying and maintenance of railway tracks.
