After a lengthy tender process, we are happy to announce that we have gained the Vienna Insurance Group as a new customer in Poland. Doxis, together with our partner PRIMARIS, will become the company-wide content services platform in Poland. As a part of the Vienna Insurance Group’s comprehensive digitalization strategy, the information and workflows across its Polish companies Compensa Life, Compensa Non-Life and InterRisk are going to be aligned with the help of Doxis.

The project, jointly delivered by SER and PRIMARIS, covers the mass digitalization of paper documents, a central repository, departmental solutions, and the re-design and digitalization of existing processes. Moreover, the integration of Doxis into the existing IT landscape is an important cornerstone of the project.

Doxis offers several solution templates. At the Vienna Insurance Group Polska, document and process management are equally important. Apart from the central repository, all incoming documents are directly archived and classified. A solution for collaboration with brokers and third parties is being implemented based on the Doxis iRoom. Solution templates for financial processes, complaints management, HR records and contract management are integrated for departmental utilization.
