I/we agree and acknowledge that access to the report prepared by Ebner Stolz on the testing of the "Doxis" application software is subject to a liability agreement with SER Solutions Deutschland GmbH and Ebner Stolz with a maximum total liability of €5 million. In the case of a liability towards several creditors the total maximum liability sum of 5 million is owed altogether only once. The mandate to audit "Doxis" is based on the General Terms and Conditions for Auditing Firms dated 1 January 2002. The report may not be passed on to persons who have not accepted the above conditions.
