Experiencing a career in ECM

| Julia Pedak

Educational cooperation with China

The students of the Wiedtal secondary school in Neustadt (Wied), Germany and its partner school from Qingdao, China were guests at SER's headquarters in Bonn. The visitors were enthusiastic about what they found out: Upon completing school, they have the opportunity to start their IT careers at SER as interns or trainees. Through cooperations with secondary schools and universities, e.g. with the China University of Mining & Technology, students come to Germany to work at SER and to deepen their ECM know-how and intercultural skills. The future ECM experts then bring their newly gained knowledge back home — in this case, back to China. This fosters an intellectual exchange on a global scale and strengthens partnerships between companies.
